An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?”
It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.

We charge a sliding fee scale based on your income and family size. On the first visit, patients who are uninsured meet with a Financial Screener and undergo a simple income screening process. This process identifies whether you or a member of your family may be eligible for healthcare assistance programs, and also determines your fee-for-services based on a sliding fee. We can help you determine if you qualify for insurance programs such as Medicaid, CHIP, CHIP Perinatal, or the Marketplace insurance plans during the active enrollment period. For more information on this, please call one of our Certified Application Counselors at (817) 546-6482. If you do not have insurance, or if you do not qualify for insurance, we will determine what percent of the actual clinic cost you will have to pay when you register.
To ensure all patients have access to timely care, David Raines Community Health Centers has updated our no-show policy.
If patients miss or fail to cancel or reschedule three consecutive appointments and/or three or more appointments within a six-month period, they will be seen as a walk-in only for the next 6 months from the date of the last missed appointment. Walk-in patients may experience longer wait times than those with appointments.
For Behavioral Health patients who miss appointments or fail to cancel or reschedule, a telehealth visit will be offered for the next available appointment. Same-day/walk-in appointments are not guaranteed.
We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
For a more detailed explanation, you may request the full Cancellation & No-Show Policy from a Patient Service Representative at the front desk.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us better serve our community.
