  David Raines Community Health Centers (DRCHC), an independent, community owned, non-profit 501(c)3, Joint Commission Accredited (JCAHO), Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is governed by a Board of Directors.   We operate five centers:  Bossier, Gilliam, Haynesville, Minden and  Shreveport in four parishes--Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne and Webster.
