We operate five centers: Bossier, Gilliam, Haynesville, Minden and Shreveport in four parishes--Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne and Webster. |

DAVID RAINES COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS FOUNDATION
Be a part of our efforts to continue to provide FREE transportation (wheel-chair accessible), in-school dental sealants, health screenings (blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol) and educational literature with an emphasis on preserving life.
